Alzheimer’s and other dementias cause memory, thinking and behavior problems that interfere with daily living. Join us to learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns; the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis; possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer’s Association resources.

The Alzheimer’s Association has been closely monitoring developments with COVID-19 in the New York City area. In order to protect the health and safety of our constituents, volunteers, and staff, we have decided to alter our delivery of programs by conducting them remotely via teleconference or webinar. We have made this decision to adhere to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, and the New York City Health Department.

Note that by registering for programs and services, you are also agreeing to receive phone calls, emails or text messages with more information.

  • Cost: Free

This meeting will be held via phone and webinar. Pre-registration is required to get login information. Please register online or call our 24/7 Helpline 800.272.3900 to register today.
