The COVID-19 pandemic has been especially difficult for families and loved ones dealing with dementia, highlighted by the 16% increase in dementia-related deaths. Through a collaboration with leading geriatric and dementia care experts across New York State and New England, these two webinars will share lessons learned and resources for healthcare professionals to improve dementia care outcomes.

April 15th, 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Challenges and Practical Approaches to Dementia Care during COVID-19

April 29th, 8:00am - 9:00 am: COVID-19 Recovery and Implications on Brain Health  

Target audience: physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, social workers, care coordinators, direct care workers, and all other allied health professionals.
