Jam Session is a social gathering for individuals living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment or dementia, their families, and care partners. Join us in singing songs, playing instruments, or simply listening and chatting and enjoying the music. We’ll have a ton of fun, and no musical experience is necessary! Join us for this hour of informal community music making.
