The Schenectady Community Conference will take place on Tuesday, June 9 at the Armory Studies NY. This free event will feature a variety of presentations and resources designed to support individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias and their caregivers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with community-based organizations, learn about next steps following a diagnosis and how to plan ahead, explore home care services that can support aging in place, and discover strategies for managing caregiver stress and burnout.

Registration and time to visit resource tables will begin at 10:00 AM, and the conference will conclude by 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.
