The Alzheimer’s Association - NYC Chapter would like to celebrate those who provide care to a family member or friend with dementia.  We invite you to attend our 8th Annual Caregiver Appreciation Event.  Join us for an evening of fun!  Light refreshments will be provided.

 

Come join us and take advantage of some of our caregiver stations including:

  • Chair massages (sign-up is first come, first served)
  • Rejuvenating activities geared to help you relax
  • One-on-one care counseling sessions
  • Self-care resources
  • Appreciation gift for each attendee
  • Door prizes and more!
