New User Registration

If you've never registered online with the Alzheimer's Association, you must create an online profile to complete the registration.

If you have previously provided the Alzheimer's Association with your email address for other activities (e.g., Walk to End Alzheimer's), you may already have a profile on our systems.  If you enter an email address and exist in the system, you will be prompted with an option to reset your username and/or password to login.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Create or Reset Your Password" link and enter your email address.  An email will be sent with a link to update your password.

Forgot Username

By default when you create a profile, your email address will be set as your username. If you have previously changed your username to something different, you may use the "Forgot Username" link and enter your email address.  An email will be sent with a link to retrieve or update your username.

Password Requirements

Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters with at least one number and a special character (e.g. #,$,%).

What if I no longer have access to the email address I registered with?

If you no longer have access to an old email address, please use our contact form to request that your email address be updated.
